الذكاء الاقتصادي كاستراتيجية لاكتساب ميزة تنافسية في المؤسسة النموذج الياباني والنموذج الأمريكي

Résumé: تظل المنافسة حتمية قائمة و ضرورية تفرض تحديا على منظمات الأعمال ، في بيئة تتميز بالتحديات و الاضطرابات ، فلقد بات من الضروري على هذه المنظمات إيجاد بل و خلق مقومات و إمكانات التنافس و البقاء في ظل منافسة شديدة أصبحت تتصف بالعالمية ، حيث أن كلمة تنافسية مرتبطة بالقدرة التنافسية كإشارة لأهمية كون أن هذه الميزة ذات علاقة تضاد و تصادم مع الأطراف الخارجية سواء المنافسين أو الموردين أو المستهلكين و غيرهم ، فهي بهذا المعنى تحمل بعدا خارجيا يتمحور حول حقيقة أنه لا توجد ميزة تنافسية بدون القدرة على مواجهة حجم الأطراف الخارجية و التعامل معها على أسس راسخة من القوة و السيطرة و الثبات .
