Résumé: شهدت الجزائر نصوصا دستورية بالمفهوم المادي أثناء الاحتلال من خلال الدستور الممنوح أو ما سمي بقانون الجزائر لسنة 1947؛ أما أثناء الثورة فيمكن اعتبار النص المنظم للمؤسسات المؤقتة للثورة الجزائرية الذي صادق عليه المجلس الوطني للثورة الجزائرية بمثابة نص دستوري. Algeria witnessed constitutional provisions in the material sense during the occupation through the granted constitution, or what was called the Algerian law of 1947; As for during the revolution, the text organizing the temporary institutions of the Algerian revolution, which was approved by the National Council of the Algerian Revolution, can be considered as a constitutional text.
