The Role Of Internal Communication In The Organizational Learning Process In The Organization

Résumé: Abstract: The basic idea of this research paper is based on identifying and analyzing the elements and requirements of the organizational learning process within the organization. In which, we dealt with the role of internal communication in every essential element and requirements of organizational learning: in sharing and managing knowledge, in linking between learning levels, in empowering and engaging individuals, in the shift towards flexible structures, in leadership’s exercises that supervises the learning process, and in establishing a friendly learning organizational culture in the organization. الملخص: تستند الفكرة الأساسية لهذه الورقة البحثية على تحديد وتحليل عناصر ومتطلبات عملية التعلم التنظيمي داخل المؤسسة, وتبيان دور الاتصال الداخلي في كل عنصر أساسي من عناصر ومتطلبات التعلم التنظيمي: في إدارة المعرفة وتشاركها وفي الربط بين مستويات التعلم, وفي تمكين الأفراد وإشراكهم, وفي التحول نحو الهياكل المرنة, وفي ممارسة القيادة التي تشرف على عملية التعلم, وفي إرساء ثقافة تنظيمية محابية للتعلم في المنظمة الكلمات المفتاحية : الاتصال الداخلي، التعلم التنظيمي، إدارة المعرفة, المؤسسة
