تقويم مدى توظيف الكفايات التدريسية في تدريس مادة علوم الطبيعة والحياة بالمرحلة المتوسطة في ظل تطبيق إصلاحات الجيل الثاني من المناهج
Résumé: The current study dealt with the topic: (Evaluating the extent of employing teaching competencies in teaching the subject of natural sciences and life at the middle school in light of the implementation of the reforms of the second generation curricula), and aimed to know the extent of the teachers the sample of the study employing and practicing for these competencies, and to identify the most practiced competencies by teachers In addition to knowing the effect of some variables such as the gender of the teachers, their professional experiences, the nature of their formation and their job ranks on their practice of teaching competencies, the study also aimed to control a list of the teaching competencies needed to teach this subject. To achieve this, the researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach, as he built a note card to observe the teaching competencies of the teachers of the natural sciences and life, and after confirming the validity and stability of the card, he applied it to a sample that included 126 teachers teaching in the middle schools of the wilaya of Ouargla during the 2019-2020 school year, and the study reached results next: - The level of teachers of natural sciences and life at the middle school level of teaching competencies was average. - As for the teaching competencies that were most controlled by the teachers, the personal competencies of the teacher were of good practice, while the evaluation competencies occupied the last place with a moderate degree of practice. - The failure of the study sample members wasin practicingome of the competencies related to the constructive and social constructive learning adopted in the second generation curricula. - There are statistically significant differences according to the gender between males and females in favor of males because the majority of males have long teaching experience. - The existence of statistically significant differences according to the scientific qualification variable in favor of graduates of educational technological institutes (eti). - There are statistically significant differences for the variable of professional experience between those with experience of less than 08 years and those with experience of more than 15 years in favor of those with experience of more than 15 years, while there were no statistically significant differences recorded between those with experience between 08 and 15 years and those with experience more than 15 years.
