تفعيل الصناعة المالية الإسلامية كمدخل لتعزيز الشمول المالي في الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة لتوضيح أهمية تفعيل الصناعة المالية الإسلامية في الجزائر باعتبارها ركيزة أساسية لتعزيز الشمول المالي، حيث تتوافق مع قيم وثقافة المجتمع الجزائري، ولقد توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة أن الجزائر تعتبر من بين الدول التي تعاني من ارتفاع نسبة الاقصاء المالي، لذا تبذل الحكومة مجهودات معتبرة من أجل تعزيز الشمول المالي، وفي هذا الإطار قامت بخطوات جادة لتفعيل الصناعة المالية الإسلامية وتعزيز دورها، من خلال إصدار النظام 20/02 الذي أتاح للبنوك والمؤسسات المالية إنشاء شبابيك للصيرفة الإسلامية، مما سيسمح بنشر الثقافة المالية وتعزيز وصول واستخدام كافة فئات المجتمع للخدمات المالية خاصة الفئات المهمشة والميسورة الدخل الأمر الذي يساهم في نشر الشمول المالي. This study aims to clarify the importance of activating the Islamic financial industry in Algeria as a basic pillar for promoting financial inclusion, as it corresponds to the values and culture of the Algerian society, and we have reached through this study that Algeria is among the countries that suffer from a high rate of financial exclusion, so the government is making efforts Considered to enhance financial inclusion, and in this context it has taken serious steps to activate the Islamic financial industry and enhance its role, by issuing the 02/20 system that allowed banks and financial institutions to establish windows for Islamic banking, which would allow the spread of financial culture and enhance the access and use of all segments of society for financial services Especially marginalized and affluent groups, which contributes to spreading financial inclusion.
