الرعاية الصحية للمسنين في الجزائر

Résumé: يعتبر المسن مؤشر ديمغرافي في غاية الأهمية، فهو بمثابة المرآة العاكسة للوضع الصحي للدول من خلاله تقاس تقدم/ تخلف المجتمعات من الناحية الطبية والصحية ومستوى الرعاية الصحية. وفي نفس السياق، من أبسط حقوق المسنين، الحق في الحياة الكريمة التي يحقق فيها الأمن الاقتصادي والرعاية الصحية والاجتماعية في كنف الأسرة، فإن تعذر ذلك تقوم الدولة مقامها. إن الحماية النظامية لحقوق المسنين في الجزائر جاءت تطبيقا لمبادئ الإسلام في التكفل الاجتماعي في نظام التقاعد، نظام التأمينات الاجتماعية ونظام الضمان الاجتماعي. العناية الصحية بالمسنين ليست محصورة في مستشفى أو عيادة بل هي نظام يمتد إلى المنزل والمؤسسات والمجتمع. Abstract: The elderly is considered a very important demographic indicator, as it is a mirror reflecting the health status of countries through which the progress / backwardness of societies is measured in terms of medical and health and the level of health care. In the same context, one of the most basic rights of the elderly is the right to a decent life in which economic security and health and social care are achieved within the family. If this is not possible, the state will take its place. The systemic protection of the rights of the elderly in Algeria came in application of the principles of Islam in social security in the retirement system, the social insurance system and the social security system. Health care for the elderly is not confined to a hospital or clinic, but rather a system that extends to the home, institutions and society
