ضمانات سياسة التجريم كآلية لحماية حقوق الإنسان (دراسة مقارنة)

Résumé: ملخص: تسعى النظم والتشريعات لسن قوانين واستحداث آليات لضمان حماية حقوق الإنسان، فيصيب البعض منها ويجانب الصواب البعض الآخر،مما يستدعي تكثيف الجهود للخروج بآليات كفيلة بحماية حقوق الإنسان،فجاء الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان ثمرة ذلك،و لا ريب أنه محاولة وخطوة متميزة في ترسيخ الحقوق و الحريات،بيدا أن نسب الانتهاك والإجرام في تصاعد وارتفاع رهيب يوما بعد يوم، مما يتطلب رصد الضمانات الكفيلة لتحقق حماية حقوق الإنسان المصونة. Abstract: The systems and legislations seek to enact laws and develop echanisms to ensure the protection of human rights Some of them are rong,which calls for intensifying efforts to come up with mechanisms to protect human rights. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights came as a result of that, and there is no doubt that it is an attempt and a distinct step in the consolidation of rights and Freedoms,however, the rates of violation and criminality are on the rise and rise terribly day after day, which requires monitoring guarantees to achieve the protection of inviolable human rights
