Résumé: Nowadays, the profession of physical education and sports is one of the most important vocations on which social and educational systems are based, because they have a fundamental role in building a healthy, integrated, physical, mental and psychological structure, and in providing the necessary care to ensure the ideal growth of the younger generations in particular. However, the current professional practices of the physical and sports education teachers are carried out according to official functions of a central nature characterized by generality and non-specialization, responding to restricted goals and subject to strategies that teachers can't overcome, where they are all asked for high fitness and motor skills for the futuristic game, Balance in personal aspects, self-recreation, leisure time, the result may be nothing. The aim of this study was to design a proposed strategy to address the most important Vocational problems of physical education and sports teachers, to achieve the objectives of this study, a theoretical analysis of the reality of the Vocational problems faced by teachers of physical education and sports was conducted by analyzing the results of several studies on the topic This profession has the potential of developing it and the challenges facing its professional path, and it was then expanded to analyze the development of this vocation in the integration of global education. The studies and methods adopted in it were also examined in terms of Vision supported heavily in social studies that seek to determine the desired future milestones, including the style of governance after Delphi, which is considered one of the most important methods of future studies, which falls under the framework of the descriptive approach adopted in the exploration of this study and Inductive. The traditional method of Delphi was based on the proposed strategy, by examining the opinion of experts in this field of higher education teachers in physical education and sports who have experience in planning physical education and sports programs were chosen by the method of choice by choosing the experience through three rounds until Achieving an acceptable percentage of general consensus of more than 75%. The target sample in the study was determined by recording the response of 26 experts in all the rounds included in the study. In keeping with the methodological requirements of the Delphi method, 52 of the most important vocational problems, from the list of a previous study at the master's level, were employed in building the study tool of 104 proposed remedial measures, according to the dimensions to which they belong, and according to the procedural definitions they represent, The five axes of vocational problems , a school organization, school legislation, Career growth for the teacher, the community culture, and teacher tasks, as it has been verified the validity and reliability tool. The results of the study showed that the proposed strategy to address the most important vocational problems of the teachers of physical education and sports achieved a general consensus rate of 84.8%, a high value belonging to the field that expresses the approval strongly according to the moderate criterion in this study. The measures that constitute the axis of the culture of society have the highest percentage of the general consensus, 85.5%, the measures constituting the professional growth axis of the teacher have achieved the second highest percentage of the general consensus among the experts at 85.1%, the constituent actions of the axis of the school legislation have the third highest percentage of the general consensus among the experts, where it reached 84.9%, while the procedures of the constituent component of the teacher's tasks were the fourth highest percentage of the general consensus among the experts, which amounted to 84.7%, as for the procedures that constitute the axis of the school organization has won a percentage of the general consensus between with 83.9%, criterion in this study. It was found that there are no statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample of the study on the proposed strategy to address the most important vocational problems of the teachers of physical education and sports attributed to demographic variables such as degree, specialization, affiliation country and experience years. In addition, there are no statistically significant differences in the responses of study sample on the proposed measures to address the most important vocational problems related to the tasks of teachers of physical education and sports, school legislation and society culture, attributed to demographic variables such as degree, specialization, affiliation country and experience years. Furthermore, there are no statistically significant differences in the responses of study sample on the proposed measures to address the most important vocational problems of the teachers of physical education and sports related to the school organization, and related to the professional growth of the teacher attributed to the demographic variables such as degree, specialization and experience years. The results showed that there are statistically significant differences at α = 0.05 in the responses of the sample of the study on the proposed measures to address the most important vocational problems of the teachers of physical education and sports related to the school organization, and related to the professional growth of the teacher attributed to affiliation country. Based on the findings of the study, it is possible to propose the adoption of the proposed strategy to address the most important occupational problems of the teachers of physical and sports education, and to benefit from the proposed procedures by using them as general objectives based on long-term implementation plans. As well as the proposal to support the primary school with teachers specialized in physical education and sports with experience, and provide them with the necessary means and rehabilitation to teach children basic sports according to the possibilities of each school, so that students can accept sports disciplines in the upper stages of study. It is also the guardian's notice amending the Basic Law of the National Sports School Commission be amended in order to reach a level that ensures permanent and effective representation in all its activities for all sports bodies, as in the National Olympic Committee, it thus requires a higher level of representation by different sports and social bodies. The researcher presents through the results of the study the possibility of using each of the strategy's procedures as a future research topic, the project aims to develop the profession of teaching physical education and sports and is divided according by the axes formed for this proposed strategy, in addition to a general census of the number of physical education teachers, geographically closer areas to develop appropriate operational plans to implement proposed strategy actions.
