النمو الاقتصادي وأداء القطاعات الاقتصادية في الجزائر: دراسة قياسية للفترة (1980-2022)

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الى قياس أثر القطاعات الاقتصادية المتمثلة في الفلاحة، الصناعة والخدمات على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1980-2022). وهذا بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج الكمي، توصلت نتائج الدراسة القياسية الى عدم وجود علاقة توازنية طويلة الاجل بين متغيرات الدراسة مما استدعى تطبيق نموذج VAR. كما بينت دراسة السببية اعتمادا على منهج Toda yamamotoغياب العلاقة السببية من القطاعات الاقتصادية باتجاه الناتج المحلي الإجمالي الحقيقي، وغياب السببية من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي الحقيقي باتجاه قطاعي الزراعة والصناعة، لكن توجد علاقة سببية من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي الحقيقي باتجاه قطاع الخدمات. أظهرت نتائج تحليل دوال الاستجابة وجود استجابة ضعيفة للناتج المحلي الإجمالي الحقيقي للصدمات الحاصلة في القطاعات الاقتصادية. The study aims to measure the impact of economic sectors, namely agriculture, industry, and services, on economic growth in Algeria during the period (1980–2022). Using the descriptive-analytical and quantitative methods, the econometric analysis revealed the absence of a long-term equilibrium relationship between the study variables, necessitating the application of the VAR model. Additionally, the causality analysis based on the Toda-Yamamoto approach indicated the absence of a causal relationship from the economic sectors to real GDP and from real GDP to the agriculture and industry sectors. However, a causal relationship was found from real GDP to the services sector. The results of the impulse response function analysis showed a weak response of real GDP to shocks occurring in the economic sectors.
