أسباب تفوق الإناث على الذكور من وجهة نظر المعنيين في الحقل التربوي وأولياء أمور الطلبة- دراسة استطلاعية في محافظة جنوب الباطنة بسلطنة عمان

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أسباب تفوق الإناث على الذكور في الصفوف (5-11) في محافظة جنوب الباطنة من وجهة نظر المعنيين في الحقل التربوي وأولياء أمور الطلبة، والكشف عن الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية لأسباب تفوق الإناث على الذكور تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة. تكونت العينة من (528) تربويا وولي امر بمحافظة جنوب الباطنة، أسفرت نتائج الدراسة في ان أسباب التفوق يكمن في أن الإناث اكثر انضباطا في حسن الإصغاء والتقيد بالتعليمات، وارتفاع معدلات التسرب لدى الذكور، وأن مستوى ثقافة الأسرة ومكانتها الاجتماعية تساعد على تفوق الإناث، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلاله إحصائية حول تفوق الإناث على الذكور في التحصيل العلمي تبعا للعينة المستهدفة والمؤهل العلمي بينما وجدت فروق لصالح الإناث Abstract: The study aims at identifying the reasons for the superiority of female students over the males in grades 5-11 in the Educational Governorate of South Batinah from the point of view of those concerned in the field of education and parents of students. The study also seeks to detect the differences of statistical significance for the reasons of the superiority of females on males due to the study. The sample consists of (528) educational employees and students' parents in the governorate of South Batinah. The results of the study showed that the reasons for this superiority are that the females are more disciplined in their good listening and following instructions, high dropout rates among males and the level of family culture and social status helps to outweigh the females. There were no statistically significant differences on the superiority of females to males in educational achievement according to the target sample and the scientific qualification, while there were differences in favor of females.
