استخدامات العمليات العشوائية ونماذج الشبكات العصبية في التنبؤ الاقتصادي، ودورها في دراسة الآفاق المستقبلية للواقع التقني والتسويقي للمؤسسة الصناعية بالجزائر

Résumé: يهدف البحث إلى دراسة الواقع التقني والتسويقي لإحدى المؤسسات الرائدة في صناعة الأنابيب والقنوات في الجزائر، مما تطلب اختبار استقرار وضعية آلات الإنتاج والتنبؤ بوضعها عبر استخدام العمليات العشوائية، وكذا القيام بدراسة إحصائية أولية لواقع البيع بالمؤسسة، وهو الجسر الذي نمر من خلاله لتحديد نموذج تنبؤ عام. مما استدعى استخدام نماذج بوكس جانكينز ثم الشبكات العصبية عبر إجراء تطبيق عملي على سلسلة زمنية لمبيعات منتج المؤسسة (72 إحصائية) اعتمادا على تقنية التدريب. وأكدت هذه الدراسة مدى أهمية التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات في دراسة جودة المنتوج وعملية النمذجة، وكذا الدور الكبير للشبكات العصبية في التنبؤ باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي « Pythia » وعلاقتها بعمليات التخطيط الاقتصادي واتخاذ القرار. هذا يساعد القائمين بالأعمال وأصحاب القرار بالمؤسسة على اتخاذ سياسة سليمة تسمح لهم بالتخطيط المسبق والجيد. The purpose of this research is to study the technical and marketing reality of an Algerian industrial entreprises (Trans Canal). For this, we made a test of production machines stabilisation and forecasting about theirs future situations by the use of random operations –Markov series-, and making a statistical study of entreprise sales. Thus, theses methods are the road to define a global forecasting model. By the way, we use “Box & Jenkins” models, than the neural networks by an applied work on times series of a product sales (72 Statistical unity) focusing on training techniques. This study confirms the importance of the statistical analysis of data in the product quality study and modelling operation. Also, it shows the role of the neural networks in forecasting by the use of statistical programme “Pythia” and its relation with the economic planning and making decision.In this case, the bisnesses men and makers dicisions can take a best policy in the aim to have a good plans
