معايير التدقيق الدولية كآلية لتعزيز حوكمة المؤسسات المالية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية في معايير التدقيق الدولية ومدى إسهامها في تعزيز حوكمة المؤسسات المالية، ومن أجل ذلك تم التطرق إلى معايير التدقيق الدولية، ومدخل مفاهيمي لحوكمة المؤسسات ثم اسهامات معايير التدقيق الدولية في تعزيز حوكمة المؤسسات المالية. تم التوصل أن تطبيق معايير التدقيق الدولية يساعد في اعداد القوائم المالية وتوحيدها والافصاح عنها بشكل أكثر شفافية مما يسهل في تقييم الأداء المالي و يضمن حقوق المساهمين وأصحاب المصالح ويعمل على ارساء وتطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة في المؤسسات المالية. This research paper aims at international auditing standards and their contribution to strengthening the governance of financial institutions, and for that, international auditing standards, a conceptual introduction to corporate governance, and then the contributions of international auditing standards in strengthening the governance of financial institutions were discussed. It was concluded that the application of international auditing standards helps in preparing unifying and disclosing financial statements in a more transparent manner, which facilitates the evaluation of financial performance, guarantees the rights of shareholders and stakeholders, and works to establish and apply the principles of governance in financial institutions.
