التقاضي الإلكتروني في الجزائر
Résumé: يعد التقاضي الإلكتروني من المصطلحات والمفاهيم الحديثة التي لم تظهر إلا قبيل سنوات من انتشار مصطلح الحكومة الإلكترونية ، فهو عبارة عن تنظيم تقني معلوماتي ثنائي الوجود بين شبكة الربط الدولية تتمثل في تكنولوجيا الإتصالات وبين مبنى الجهاز القضائي في إطار عصرنة العدالة ، لتحقيق إنعكاس إيجابي على عملية التقاضي بصفة عامة وتحقيق العدالة بين المواطنين بصفة خاصة والنهوض بقطاع قضائي حديث ومتطور ومواكب للعصر الحالي. كلمات مفتاحية: التقاضي الإلكتروني، تكنولوجيا الإتصالات، عصرنة العدالة، الجهاز القضائي. Abstract: Electrinic litigation is one of the modern tems and concepts that did not appear until years before the spread of the term e-government.In general,the achievement of justice among citizens in particular, and the advancement of a modern and developed judicial sector that is in line with the current era.
