إستخدام الأساليب الحديثة للمحاسبة الإدارية فى إستدامة الميزة التنافسية - تطبيق أسلوب التكلفة على أساس الأنشطة Abc - دراسة حالة مؤسسة بيسكو فروي بسكرة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على بعض الأساليب الحديثة للمحاسبة الإدارية وبتحديد أسلوب التكلفة على أساس الأنشطة وكيفية استخدامه لاستدامة الميزة التنافسية " بمؤسسة بيسكو فروي بسكرة" وماهي مميزات تطبيق هذا الأسلوب ولتوصل لإجابة على الإشكالية المطروحة إتبعنا المنهج التحليلي الوصفي وقمنا بإجراء دراسة حالة على أحد المؤسسات صناعة البسكويت، وفى مستخلص الدراسة توصلنا إلى أن الطريقة المتبعة فى تحديد التكاليف بالمؤسسة هي طريقة ليس لها أي أساس علمي وهذا ماجعل المؤسسة تنفق أكثر على منتجاتها مماجعل تكليفها مرتفعة وضعيتها التنافسية تتدهور وبتطبيق أسلوب التكلفة على أساس الأنشطة انخفضت التكلفة مما حسن وضع المؤسسة وجعل من منتجاتها ذات جودة وتكلفة أقل. This study aims to identify some modern methods of managerial accounting and to determine the cost method on the basis of activities and how to use it to sustain the competitive advantage of the "Bisco Furry BISKRA" and what are the advantages of applying this method and to reach an answer to the problem presented. We followed the descriptive analytical approach and we conducted a case study on one of the institutions making Biscuits, and in the abstract of the study, we concluded that the method used to determine costs in the institution is a method that has no scientific basis, and this is what makes the institution spend more on its products, making its cost high and its competitive position deteriorating. Lower quality and cost.
