التحليل النفسو احتماعي لظاهرة العنف ضد المرأة المتزوجة في المجتمع الجزائرية (الأسباب والحلول). دراسة ميدانية لعينة من نساء المتزوجات في ولاية جيجل – نموذجا-

Résumé: الملخص : هدف هذه الدراسة لتوضيح مدى خطورة العنف الممارس ضد المرأة المتزوجة. حيث تم الاستعانة ببعض تقنيات ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺙ ﺍﻟﻤﻴﺩﺍﻨﻲ فقد استخدمت المقابلة كأداة ﺭﺌﻴﺴﻴﺔ للدراسة ﺇﻟﻰ ﺠﺎﻨﺏ الملاحظة، بالإضافة إلى استعمال المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لمثل هذه المواضيع. وفي ضوء ذلك أوصت الباحثة بضرورة محاربة العنف كظاهرة اجتماعية لأنها مسؤولية جماعية يجب أن تتم من خلال أجهزة الدولة ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني. وان يتضمن ذلك المزيد من حملات التوعية التي تعمل على تغيير ثقافة المجتمع، والعمل على توعية المرأة بحقوقها الإنسانية، وكيفية الدفاع عنها وعدم التسامح أو التعاون أو السكوت على أي نوع من أنواع العنف التي يمكن أن تتعرض له داخل وخارج المنزل. Abstract : Objective of the study to illustrate the seriousness of violence against married women. Where he was hiring some field research techniques have used the interview as a key tool for the study along with the note, in addition to the use of the descriptive approach to the suitability of such topics. In light of this, the researcher recommended that the fight against violence as a social phenomenon because it is a collective responsibility that must be done through the state organs and institutions of civil society, and that includes more awareness campaigns are working to change the culture of the community and working to make women aware of their human rights and how to defend and lack of tolerance or cooperation or silence on any kind of violence that can be presented to him inside and outside the home
