التعليم المقاولاتي ودوره في نشر وتعزيز المقاولاتية لدى الطالب الجامعي

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى معرفة أهمية التّعليم المقاولاتي، ودوره في نشر وتعزيز الفكر المقاولاتي لدى الطالب الجامعي، وتحفيزه على المشاريع الابتكارية والمؤسسات الناشئة، ومساعدته في تجسيدها ميدانيا، وذلك من خلال نموذج دار المقاولاتية بجامعة الوادي، خاصة بعد النشاط الكبير الذي تقوم به الأخيرة، وبعد ريادة الجامعة في هذا المجال. بعد تقديم الأسس النظرية والمنهجية للدراسة، وباعتماد المنهج الوصفي و التحليلي في تحليل أهم النشاطات التي تقوم بها دار المقاولاتية بالوادي، مع الاستعانة بتقنية المقابلة العلمية مع مديرها، خلصت الدراسة إلى أن لدار المقاولاتية إسهام كبير في تعزيز الفكر المقاولاتي لدى الطالب الجامعي في جميع التخصصات، وأنها تعقد ندوات علمية وجلسات مفتوحة ودورات تكوينية تهدف إلى توعية وتوجيه الطالب مقاولا تيا . كما تعمل بالتنسيق مع حاضنات الأعمال، وذلك قصد تشجيع ورعاية الابتكار والإبداع. Abstract This paper attempts to identify the importance of entrepreneurship education, and its role in spreading and promoting entrepreneurial thinking among university students, in motivating them to start innovative projects and start-ups, and in helping them to embody their thoughts through the Entrepreneurship-House model of El Oued University, especially that this latter has made remarkable efforts and has been a leader in this field. Therefore, upon review of related literature and discussion of the methodological design, the main Entrepreneurship House’s activities were analysed using the description and analysis methods and data extracted from an interview with the director. The study results showed that the Entrepreneurship House has greatly contributed to the promotion of university students’ entrepreneurial thinking in all disciplines, that it holds scientific seminars, open sessions, and training courses aimed at educating and guiding students entrepreneurially, and that it works in coordination with business incubators to foster and nurture innovation and creativity
