آليات تسيير الأرشيف الإداري الرقمي بالجامعات من خلال المواصفات الدولية: معيار ايزو15489-1 أنموذجا

Résumé: يكتسي الأرشيف الإداري الرقمي بالجامعات الجزائرية أهمية بالغة، كونه يمثل الذاكرة الحية لمؤسسات الدولة والشاهد على وجود نشاطاتها والذي يمكن أن يكسب قيمة تراثية وتاريخية والجدير بالذكر أن سرعة انتشار تقنية المعلومات والاتصالات، أسهمت بشكل كبير في اعتماد الرقمنة كتكنولوجية حديثة وكحل لحداثة هذا المجال وعصرنته بما تتطلبه المهنة الأرشيفية ومقتضيات العصر وقد عزز ذلك اعتماد المعايير الدولية في تنظيم الوثائق منذ إنتاجها إلى غاية تحديد مصيرها، إما بالحفظ أو بالإقصاء. وبالنظر لمدى أهمية وخصوصية أرشيف الجامعات تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان الآليات التي ينبغي اعتمادها لتسيير الأرشيف الإداري الرقمي بالجامعات، حيث نطرح من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية، أهم المواصفات في تسيير الأرشيف الإداري والمتمثلة في مواصفة ايزو1-15489 تسيير وثائق النشاط كأنموذج لهذه الدراسة. The Digital administrative archives constitute a great importance in Algerian universities, being represented as a vivid memory of governmental institutions, and a proof of their activities existence as well as, they can have a patrimonial and historical value. It’s worth noting that the expansion and spread of information technology and communication has greatly contributed to the adoption of digitization as a solution that allows the modernization of this area consistent with of the archival profession and digital age requirements. This has strengthened the adoption of international standards in the regulation of documents from their production to the determination of their fate, either. Given the importance and specificity of these archives, this study aims to demonstrate mechanisms that should be adopted to manage digital administrative archives in universities according to the standard ISO 15489-1 Information and documentation - Records management as a model for this study.
