مقال موسوم بمعضلة الأمن المجتمعي في الساحل الإفريقي: دراسة في تأثير البعد الوشائجي للهوية على عملية بناء الدولة الوطنية

Résumé: ملخص: تعالج هذه الورقة البحثية معضلة الأمن المجتمعي في منطقة الساحل الإفريقي، من خلالها يتمّ إبراز تأثير البعد الوشائجي للهوية على عملية بناء الدولة الوطنية وأهم أسباب هذه المعضلة ومختلف الأزمات الأمنية. أولا سيتم التطرق للبناء المعرفي لنظرية الأمننة ومعضلة الأمن المجتمعي. ثانيا توضيح العلاقة بين الهوية والبقاء وعملية البناء. توفر هذه الدراسة أهمية الهوية الوطنية في بناء الدولة، وتأثير العامل الخارجي في مختلف الأزمات الأمنية من خلال مشكلة الهوية، وهو ما ثم الاشارة إليه في ملاحظة ختامية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الأمن المجتمعي؛ الأمننة؛ الحالة الاستثنائية؛ معضلة الأمن؛ الهوية. Abstract : This research paper deals with the societal security dilemma in the Sahel region, through which the influence of the relational dimension of identity on the process of building the national state, the most important causes of this dilemma, and the various security crises are highlighted. First, the cognitive building of security theory and the societal security dilemma will be addressed. Second, clarify the relationship between identity, survival, and the building process. This study provides the importance of national identity in building the state, and the influence of the external factor in various security crises through the problem of identity, which is then referred to in a final note.
