أثر الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري على النمو الاقتصادي باستخدام نموذج (ardl) الفترة (1970-2016)–الجزائر-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة بشكل أساسي إلى تقدير أثر الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر للفترة (1970-2016)، باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للإبطاء الموزع (ARDL)، حيث تم اعتماد الإنفاق الحكومي على التعليم كمؤشر للاستثمار في رأس المال البشري، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك علاقة توازن طويلة الأجل بين الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري والنمو الاقتصادي، كما أشارت نتائج التحليل إلى التأثير الإيجابي والمعنوي للاستثمار في رأس المال البشري على النمو الاقتصادي في المدى الطويل، مع وجود أثر سلبي وضعيف في الأجل القصير. The main objective of this study is to estimate the impact of investment in human capital on Algeria's economic growth for the period (1970-2016), using the Autoregressive Distributed Lag model (ARDL), where government expenditure on education was adopted as an indicator of investment in human capital. The study found that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between investment in human capital and economic growth. The results of the analysis also indicate the positive and moral impact of investment in human capital on long-term economic growth, with a negative and weak impact in the short term.
