الكليات الفقهية من خلال شرح التلقين للإمام المازري -كتاب الطهارة أنموذجا- جمعا ودراسة
Résumé: " تناولنا في دراستنا هذه، الكليات الفقهية للإمام المازري من خلال كتابه شرح التلقين _كتاب الطهارة أنموذجا_؛ فدرسنا سيرة الإمام، وكتابه شرح التلقين الذي اشتهر به. حيث تضمنت مذكرتنا أربعة مباحث؛ الأول حقيقة الكليات الفقهية، والثاني التعريف بكتاب شرح التلقين، والثالث التعريف بصاحب الكتاب، والمبحث الرابع الكليات الفقهية من كتاب الطهارة. وما توصلنا إليه أن الإمام المازري لا يتعصب لرأي واحد بل يذكر حتى الآراء الأخرى في المذاهب."Where we dealt in this research with the faculties of jurisprudence of Imam Al-Mazari through his book Sharh Al-Ta'in، the Book of Purity، so we studied about the Imam، and his life، and what distinguished the book Sharh Al-Ta'liq، which he is famous for. Where our research included four sections; the first is the reality of jurisprudence colleges، the second is the definition of the book Sharh Al-Ta'liq، the third is the definition of the author of the book، and the fourth section is the jurisprudence colleges of the book of purity. What we have found is that Imam al-Mazari is not fanatic of one opinion، but he even mentions other opinions .
