الفحص النفسي ما بين المقتضيات النظرية والممارسة العيادية

Résumé: The present article aims to reveal the importance of clinical examination as being a very important means of detecting the psychological, cognitive and social employment of the individual, as well as in his contribution to diagnosis, prediction and treatment. In addition, this study also aims at clarifying the various difficulties that impede the process of this examination represented in the ambiguity or the lack of demand, the difficulty of clinical observation, the cultural deviations of some psychological tests and diagnostic difficulties. يهدف المقال الحالي إلى الكشف عن أهمية الفحص العيادي بكونه وسيلة جد مهمة في التقصي عن التوظيف النفسي والمعرفي والاجتماعي للفرد وكذلك في مساهمته في التشخيص والتنبؤ والعلاج. كما يهدف إلى توضيح مختلف الصعوبات التي تعرقل سيرورة هذا الفحص المتمثلة في غموض و/أو غياب الطلب، صعوبة الملاحظة العيادية، الانحرافات الثقافية الملازمة لبعض الاختبارات النفسية، وصعوبات التشخيص.
