اتجاهات الأستاذ الجامعي نحو التعليم الالكتروني في ظل انتشار جائحة كوفيد 19 دراسة ميدانية على عينة من أساتذة جامعة ابن خلدون تيارت

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة اتجاهات الأستاذ الجامعي نحو التعليم الالكتروني في ظل انتشار جائحة كوفيد 19، انطلاقا من الإشكالية التالية: ماهي اتجاهات الأساتذة الجامعيين نحو التعليم الالكتروني في المؤسسة الجامعية ؟، حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي من خلال تطبيق الإستبيان على عينة من الأساتذة بجامعة ابن خلدون بمختلف كلياتها قدرت ب ثمانون (80) أستاذ جامعي. للكشف عن الاحتياجات التكوينية لدى الأستاذ. توصلت الدراسة الحالية إلى النتائج التالية : عدم وجود اتجاهات ايجابية للأستاذ الجامعي نحو تقييم البرامج التكوينية المقدمة من طرف المؤسسة الجامعية. عدم وجود مستوى مرتفع من تحقيق احتياجات تكوينية للأستاذ الجامعي في ظل التعليم الالكتروني. توجد مشكلات لدى الأستاذ الجامعي في التعامل مع التعليم الالكتروني في ظل جائحة كورونا. This study aimed to know the university professor’s attitudes towards e-learning in light of the spread of the Covid 19 pandemic, based on the following problem: What are the university professors’ attitudes towards e-learning in the university institution?, Where we relied on the descriptive approach by applying the questionnaire to a sample of professors at Ibn University Khaldoun, in its various faculties, was estimated at eighty (80) university professors. To reveal the training needs of the professor. The current study reached the following results: Presented, analyzed and interpreted, the current study reached the following results: The lack of positive attitudes of the university professor towards evaluating the training programs offered by the university institution. The lack of a high level of achieving the training needs of the university professor in light of e-learning.
