Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على واقع جودة حياة العمل في ضوء بعض المتغيرات، وبعد التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس، طبقه الباحثان على عينة قدرها 148 أستاذ وأستاذة بالمرحلة الثانوية بمدينة مستغانم. وبينت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى جودة حياة العمل لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي كانت بدرجة متوسطة، وانه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأساتذة في مستوى جودة حياة العمل تعزى لكل من متغيري الجنس والخبرة المهنية. Abstract: The present study aims to identify the reality of quality of work life in the light of some variables, After verification of the psychometric properties of the scale ,the researchers applied a sample of (148) teachers in secondary school in Mostaganem city. The results of the study showed that the quality of work life of teachers of secondary school was medium, And that there are no statistically significant differences between them in the level of quality of work life attributed to both sex variables and professional experience.
