الإكتئاب التفاعلي الناتج عن العنف الموجه للمرضين بالقطاع العام. (دراسة ميدانية بالإستعجالات الطبية-الجراحية لثلاث مستشفيات بولاية مستغانم)

Résumé: ملخص الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة الحالية الكشف عن ما إذا كان للعنف الموجه للممرضين العاملين بمصلحة الإستعجالات الطبية الجراحية بثلاث مؤسسات عمومية إستشفائية لولاية مستغانم (المؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية شيقي فارا بمستغانم، المؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية بلطرش العجال بعين تادلس، المؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية حمادو حسين بسيدي علي) تأثير عليهم وإنتاج الإكتئاب التفاعلي لديهم، حيث أخد الباحث عينة مكونة من 60 ممرضا وممرضة أختيروا بطريقة قصدية، وإستخدم الباحث لغرض هاته الدراسة مقياس بيك للإكتئاب (BDI)،فكانت النتائج كما يلي : -يعاني الممرضون العاملون بمصالح الإستعجالات الطبية الجراحية من الإكتئاب التفاعلي الناتج عن العنف داخل هاته المصالح. -توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الإكتئاب التفاعلي بين الممرضين ذوي نظام العمل العادي (بالنهار) وذوي نظام العمل بالمناوبة لصالح ذوي العمل بالمناوبة (بالليل). -توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الإكتئاب التفاعلي لدى الممرضين بدلالة الجنس لصالح الممرضات. Abstract : The current study aimed to reveal whether the violence directed at nurses working in the medical and surgical emergencies service in three public hospitals institutions in Mostaganem (public hospital establishment Che guevara in Mostaganem, public hospital establishment Balatrach El-Adjal in Ain Tadels, public hospital establishment Hamado Houcine in Sidi Ali) had an effect on them and produced reactive depression. They have, where the researcher took a sample of 60 male and female nurses who were chosen in an intentional way, the researcher used the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) for the purpose of this study, so the results were as follows: - Nurses working in the medical and surgical emergencies services suffer from reactive depression resulting from violence within these services. - There are statistically significant differences in the level of reactive depression between nurses with a normal work system (daytime) and those with alternating team work system in favor of those with alternating team work system (at night). - There are statistically significant differences in the level of reactive depression among the nurses based on gender in favor of the female nurses.
