العنف الأسري وعلاقته بأمن المجتمع

Résumé: ملخص: باعتبار أن الأسرة هي اللبنة الأولى التي يتكون منها المجتمع وهي الوسط الإنساني الأول الذي ينشأ فيه الطفل ويتعلم من خلالها نمط الحياة وأبجديات ثقافة التعايش مع الآخرين جاء هذه الاهتمام بالأسرة والذي يعني الاهتمام بالمجتمع وبالتالي الاهتمام بالوطن لذلك فإن استقرار الأسرة يعني استقرار المجتمع والوطن أيضا وإذا صحت الأسرة صح المجتمع والوطن والعكس صحيح أيضا . ولقد انتشرت ظاهرة العنف الأسري في المجتمعات وخاصة في مجتمعنا بشكل كبير وملفت للنظر مخلفة وراءها حقوقا مسلوبة وشخصيات مهزوزة مع عدم وجود ما يردع مثل هذا النوع من العنف من نظام أو أعراف. وتأسيسا على ما سبق تأتي هذه الدراسة لمحاولة توضيح ماهية العنف الأسري وعوامله وأشكاله مع محاولة إعطاء بعض المقترحات للحد من هذه الظاهرة وانعكاساتها على الأمن المجتمعي. Abstract: As the family is the first brick that makes up the society and is the first humanitarian center in which the child is born and learn the way of life and the ABCs of the culture of coexistence with others came this attention to the family, which means interest in the community and therefore interest in the homeland so the stability of the family means the stability of society and the homeland also if correct The family is healthy, society, and vice versa. The phenomenon of domestic violence has spread in societies, especially in our society, in a large and striking manner, leaving behind stolen rights and shaky personalities, with no deterrent to this type of violence from a system or norms. Based on the above, this study comes to attempt to clarify the nature of family violence and its factors and forms, while trying to give some suggestions to reduce this phenomenon and its impact on community security.
