Résumé: تعتبر تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في يومنا هذا أساسا في عمل المؤسسة العمومية وخاصة المؤسسات الاقتصادية ومن هذا المنطلق توجهت دراستنا الى معالجة {استخدام الانترانت واثرها على العملية الاتصالية داخل المؤسسات العمومية مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر نموذجا }ولربط بين الجانب المنهجي والتطبيقي قمنا بدراسة ميدانية اعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي نظرا لطبيعة الموضوع وكذا منهج دراسة حالة وقد تم ذلك من خلال دراسة حالة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بورقلة ,وقد تم طرح الاشكالية التالية : ماهو اثر استخدام الانترانت على العملية الاتصالية داخل مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر ؟ التساؤلات الفرعية : - مالمقصود بالانترانت كاداة اتصالية ؟ - هل يمكن ان تساهم الانترانت في تحسين العملية الاتصالية في المؤسسة ؟ - ماهو واقع استخدام الانترانت بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر ؟ وكانت النتائج كالاتي : - ان مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر تعتمد في اتصالها الداخلي على شبكة الانترانت وهذا مايؤدي الى تحسين العملية الاتصالية داخل المؤسسة والتنسيق بين مختلف اقسامها ومصالحها . - تسعى المؤسسة الى جعل موصفات هيكلها التنظيمي بمواصفات دولية واكثر احترافية وهذا من خلال اعتمادها على احدث الوسائل التكنولوجية داخلها لتسهيل الاتصال بين العمال وضمان تسيير جيد للمؤسسة والقدرة على اتخاذ القرارات الصائبة . Nowadays.the moder commuaiction telchologe are considred am essential mean in the work of the pulic societies . and in particular the ecomomic societies . and in particular the ecomomic societies . from the point . we focused in our study or the of the internet inside the public societies and its impcict on the work. We tookthe study the algerisan society of cominaction in ourgla as an example. En order to combine the theortical side and the parcticle one .our study relied more on the partical side .and we used the analysing describing methode to the type of the subject . And the idea was what is the inpact of using the internet on the communication inside the algerian society of communction ? The question What is the meaning of the internet as a mean of communication ? Couled the internt improve the communication inside a society? How far is the internet used inside the algerian society of communction ?
