واقع الوعي البيئي لدى التجار وأثره على بناء التنمية المستدامة السوق الأسبوعي لمدينة عين التوتة -باتنة نموذجا-.

Résumé: تناولت هذه الورقة العلمية تحليل ودراسة واقع النشاط التجاري في السوق الأسبوعي للخضر والفواكه والألبسة في مدينة عين التوتة، خصوصا مؤشر الوعي البيئي لدى التجار وأثره على بناء التنمية المستدامة المحلية في جانبها البيئي، وذلك عن طريق دراسة ميدانية لعينة من التجار والمستهلكين، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تشخيص واقع متطلبات التنمية المستدامة في الأدبيات النظرية مع التركيز على البعد البيئي ومؤشر الوعي البيئي وإمكانية تفعيلها في الميدان. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج المهمة منها: أن درجة الوعي البيئي لدى التجار ضعيفة، وهذا يؤثر سلبا على مدى ملاءمة الحيز المادي لممارسة نشاط التجارة سواء بالنسبة للتجار أو المستهلكين، وأن واقع الوعي البيئي للتجار يعرقل بناء التنمية المستدامة المحلية، كما أن الدور السلبي الذي يلعبه المستهلك في مجال البيئة ومحدودية فعالية أجهزة الرقابة أثر سلبا من ناحية الضغط على التجار لتحسين مستوى جودة الخدمات المقدمة وكذا المحافظة على البيئة الحضرية. This paper dealt with the analysis and study the reality of commercial activity in the weekly market of vegetables, fruits and clothing in of Ain al-Touta city , the international standard indicator in its environmental aspect, through a field study of traders and consumers, and this study aims is catching the initial metabolism . diagnose the reality of sustainable development requirements in theoretical literatur .focus on the environmental dimension and the feasibility index and its feasibility in the field. In the end and as a results: The environmental awareness of the traders is weak, and this affects the range until now. This study also found that the environmental awareness of traders impedes the building of local sustainable development. The negative role played by the consumer in the field of environment and the limited effectiveness of control bodies has negatively affected the pressure on traders to improve the quality of services provided and the preservation of urban environment.
