دراسة الوظائف التنفيذية لدى المصاب بالتصلب اللويحي المتعدد (دراسة مقارنة بين النوع المتقطع والنوع التطوري)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف أبرز الاضطرابات التي تؤثر على الوظائف التنفيذية لدى الأشخاص المصابين بالتصلب اللويحي. للإجابة عن أسئلة البحث، اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي، حيث شملت عينة الدراسة على حالتين من المصابين بهذا المرض. قمنا بإجراء دراسة مقارنة بين النوع المتقطع والنوع التطوري الثانوي. استخدمنا اختبارين خاصين بالوظائف التنفيذية، وهما اختبار تتبع المسار والبطارية السريعة للفعالية الجبهية . وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود اختلاف في نوع وشدة اضطرابات الوظائف التنفيذية بين المصابين بالتصلب اللويحي المتعدد في كلا النوعين، المتقطع والتطوري الثانوي This study aims to explore the most prominent disorders that affect executive functions in people with multiple sclerosis. To answer the research questions, we relied on the descriptive method, where the study sample included two cases of people with this disease. We performed a comparative study between the intermittent type and the secondary evolutionary type. We used two tests specific to executive functions, namely the Trail Tracking Test (TMT) and the Rapid Battery of Frontal Efficacy (BREF).
