البرامج الثقافية في قناة الجزائرية وإسهاماتها في خدمة الأدب والأديب دراسة تحليلية

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن طبيعة المضامين الثقافية والأدبية في قناة الجزائرية، وكذا تبيان الدور الذي تلعبه القنوات الخاصة في تحقيق الرسالة الإعلامية الايجابية (القوية) من خلال دعم الثقافة وتنمية المجالات المرتبطة بها من فكر وأدب وفنون والترويج لفعل القراءة عموما لتدخل بذلك المنتجات الثقافية والأدبية مرحلة التفاعل ولا تبقى مجرد أوراق حبيسة الرفوف، وقد حاولنا في هذا السياق التعرض إلى تحليل مضمون البرنامج الأدبي والثقافي "الفهرس" في هذه القناة، إذ تستعين الدراسة بالمنهج المسحي ومن خلال أداة تحليل المضمون تسعى الدراسة لجمع البيانات اللازمة، وتم اختيار عينة نمطية قصدية مكونة من 9 حلقات من برنامج وتزعم هذه الدراسة أنها تأخذ التجربة الجزائرية بعين الاعتبار وغالبا ما نستشهد بأوضاعها العامة لاستخلاص قيمة الخطاب الثقافي المضاف عبر القنوات الخاصة الجزائرية، the study aims reveal the nature of the cultural and literary contents in Algeria channel, as well as to show the role played by private channels in achieving the positive media message(strong) through the support of culture and the development of related fields of thought, literature and arts and the promotion to the act of reading in general to interfere the cultural and literary products the interaction stage and do not just remain as a confined papers, in this context, we attempted to analyze the content of the literary and cultural program "ELFAHRESS", in this channel, the study uses the survey method through the content analysis tool the study seeks to collect the necessary data, it was chosen an intended stereotyped sample consisting of 9 episodes of "ELFAHRESS" program highlighting the topics that discussed in the program, as well as the total values that employed in it, and the analysis form was designed and to ensure its validity and consistency in the analysis of the sample content, this study claims to take the algerian experience into account and often we cite its general situations to extract the value of cultural discourse added through private Algerian channels the result of the analytical study resulted that the channel is under study allocates considerable space for the cultural and literary file, the cultural contents have a great importance from Algerian private channel in general and "ELFAHRESS" program in particular.
