أثـــــــر الحوكمــــــة على الأداء المــــــالي من منظـــــــور المردوديـــــــة الاقتصاديــــــة - دراسة قياسية لعينة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية –

Résumé: أصبحت حوكمة المؤسسات عاملاً رئيسيًّا يؤثر في نجاح المؤسسات أو فشلها في بلوغ أهدافها، وقد حاولت الدراسة اثبات العلاقة الموجودة بين الحوكمة والأداء المالي لـ 74 مؤسسة اقتصادية ناشطة على الساحة الاقتصادية الوطنية، لذلك كانت النتائج المتوصل اليها في الجانب القياسي للبحث هو العلاقة الخطية بين الحوكمة والأداء المالي. وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة بعد المعالجة الإحصائية باستخدام برنامج SPSS V.24 إلى وجود أثر موجب للحوكمة على الأداء المالي كما يوجد علاقة طردية موجبة ما بين ديون المؤسسة والأداء المالي. Corporate governance has become a major factor that effects on the success or failure of the institution in achieving its goals, the study tried to prove the existing relationship between corporate governance and financial performance for the 74 active economic institution on the national economic scene, Therefore, the results have been arrived to that the econometrics aspect of the research is the linear relationship between governance and financial performance. The study results after the statistical treatment using SPSS V.24 program that there is a positive impact of governance on financial performance and also there is a direct positive correlation between enterprise debt and financial performance.
