Résumé: تسلط الضوء هذه الدراسة على موضوع واقع استثمارات شركات رأس المال المخاطر في رساميل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الناشطة في الاقتصاد الجزائري خلال الفترة (1995-2016)، إذ تقسم إلى محورين، أولهما يشير إلى مدخل تعريفي برأس المال المخاطر، حيث يستعرض من خلاله تعريف هذه الوساطة المالية وأساس عملها، وكذا التطرق للعلاقة التي تربط بين شركات رأس المال المخاطر والمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، بينما يستعرض المحور الثاني نشاط شركات رأس المال المخاطر في الاقتصاد الجزائري. This study sheds light on the subject of the venture capital firms’ investments in the Algerian economy during the period (1995-2016), it’s divided into two axes; first one refers to the entrance to the definitions of venture capital, Where he reviews the definition of this financial intermediation and the basis of its work, As well as addressing the relationship between venture capital firms and small and medium enterprises, While the second axis reviews the activity of venture capital companies in the Algerian economy.
