Résumé: ملخــــــــــــــــــــــــص: في العقود الأخيرة، تطور الإنترنت ليصبح شبكة عالمية حيوية، مما أثر بشكل كبير على التواصل وتبادل المعلومات، لا سيما مع ظهور منصات التواصل الاجتماعي. وقد أدى هذا التحول إلى تغييرات جذرية في كيفية تفاعل الأفراد، واستهلاكهم للأخبار، وانخراطهم في التسويق والتجارة الإلكترونية. ومع ذلك، أدى انتشار وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي أيضا إلى ظهور تحديات قانونية واجتماعية، أبرزها جريمة القذف عبر وسائل التواصل الإجتماعي، التي يسهل ارتكابها عبر الإنترنت ويمكن أن تلحق ضررا بالغا بالسمعة. وتتناول الأطر القانونية، بما في ذلك تلك الموجودة في الجزائر، تعد هذه الجريمة من الجرائم الإلكترونية وتواجهها القوانين بعقوبات مثل الغرامة، الحبس، التعويض، حسب خطورة الفعل وتأثيره، هذه القضية بشكل متزايد، مؤكدة على ضرورة التوعية المجتمعية والتثقيف القانوني لمكافحة انتشار المعلومات المضللة وحماية الأفراد من الإساءة. ABSTRACT In recent decades, the internet has evolved into a dynamic global network, which has greatly impacted communication and information sharing, especially with the emergence of social media platforms. This transformation has led to dramatic changes in how individuals interact, consume news, and engage in marketing and e-commerce. However, the proliferation of social media has also led to legal and social challenges, most notably the crime of social media defamation, which is easy to commit online and can cause serious reputational damage. Legal frameworks, including those in Algeria, where this crime is considered a cybercrime and is met with penalties such as fines, imprisonment, and compensation, depending on the seriousness and impact of the act, are increasingly addressing this issue, emphasizing the need for community awareness and legal education to combat the spread of misinformation and protect individuals from abuse.
