Etude Et Automatisation D’une Centrale Frigorifique Au Niveau De L’unité De Conditionnement Des Huiles Complexe Cevital De Bejaia

Résumé: Notre étude consiste à automatiser une centrale frigorifique au niveau de l’unité de conditionnement d’huile de Cevital. Cette centrale est constituée de quatre refroidisseurs du type SOGEQUIP P620. Chaque refroidisseur à une bâche à eau et il est commandé par un micro-automate du type Zelio. L’objectif de notre étude est d’améliorer le système en élaborant un programme sous Step7 qui gère toute une installation après avoir élaboré un cahier des charges. L’automatisation joue un rôle très important dans l’industrie elle permit de faciliter la tâche à l’homme et d’augmenter la productivité…etc. Le logiciel Step 7 nous a offert une grande souplesse pendant la programmation. Le choix de l’automate S7-300 dépond de sa capacité à gérer toute l’installation et c'est un outil de surveillance puissant. Our study consists in automating a refrigerating power station on the level of the unit of oil conditioning of Cevital. This power station consists of four coolers of type SOGEQUIP P620. Each cooler with a cover with water and it is ordered by an microphone-automat of the Zelio type. The objective of our study is to improve the system by working out a program under Step7 which manages a whole installation after having prepared specifications. Automation plays a very important part in industry it made it possible to facilitate the task with the man and to increase productivity… etc the software Step 7 offered a great flexibility to us during the programming. The choice of the automat S7-300 dépond of its capacity to manage all the installation and c' is a powerful tool for monitoring.
