مساندة الزوج لزوجته المصابة بسرطان التدي- لدارسة لحالتين-.

Résumé: يتمثل الهدف من دراستنا في معرفة ما إذا تتلقى المرأة المصابة بسرطان الثدي المساندة من طرف الزوج، معرفة الحالة النفسية للمرأة المصابة بسرطان الثدي، معرفة المشاكل النفسية التي يخلفها هذا المرض على المرأة، معرفة أهمية المساندة الزوج لزوجته المصابة بسرطان الثدي، اتبعنا المنهج العيادي ، و قد تم اختيار بطريقة قصدية حالتين مصابتين بسرطان الثدي خاضعتين للعلاج الكيميائي بالمستشفى الجامعي لولاية وهران، و قد أسفرت دراستنا النتائج التالية: الحالة الأولى التي تلقت الدعم و السند من طرف الزوج، تقبلت المرض و تكيفت مع الوضعية الجديدة و بالتالي تقبلت العلاج وهي الآن تتماثل للشفاء. بينما الحالة الثانية فقد تخلى عنها زوجها، هذا ما أدى لعدم تتقبلها للمرض ،و رفضها العلاج ، فالمرأة المصابة بسرطان الثدي تحتاج بشدة إلى المساندة و الدعم من طرف المحيطين بها. الكلمات المفتاحية: مساندة الزوج، سرطان الثدي، المرأة المصابة بسرطان الثدي. Study Summary: The purpose of our study is to find out if a woman with breast cancer receives support from her husband, to know the psychological status of a woman with breast cancer, to know the psychological problems that this disease has on women, to know the importance of husband's support to his wife with breast cancer, we followed the clinical approach, and Two cases of breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy at the University Hospital of Oran were intentionally selected. Our study yielded the following results: The first case, which received support and support from the husband, accepted the disease and adapted to the new situation and therefore accepted treatment and is now recovering. While the second case has been abandoned by her husband, this led to the lack of acceptance of the disease, and refuse treatment, women with breast cancer desperately need the support and support of those around her
