دور المرأة الأمازيغية في الحفاظ على الثقافة الغذائية الأصيلة - دراسة إثنوغرافية على إحدى الأسر الأمازيغية بمنطقة تاوقريت بولاية الشلف.

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى وصف أهم الأكلات التقليدية التي تعدّها المرأة الأمازيغية كنموذج للمرأة الجزائرية ، بالإعتماد على برامج الطبخ في الإعلام بوسائطه التقليدية والجديدة، حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج الإثنوغرافي لدراسة إحدى أنماط التغذية لدي إحدى الأسر الأمازيغية بقرية تاوقريت بولاية الشلف، للوقوف على كيفية تعامل ربة الأسرة فيها مع التغذية وإبراز مختلف الدلالات الإجتماعية للثقافة الغذائية زيادة على الحفاظ على الصحة وتكيّفا مع القدرة الشرائية. كما تهدف هذه الدراسة أيضا إلى وصف طرق تحضير المرأة الأمازيغية لغذاء الأسرة، ورصد مظاهر محافظتها على الثقافة الغذائية الأصيلة معتمدة على الأكلات الشعبية أو التقليدية الأمازيغية، وذلك باستخدام أداة الملاحظة بالمشاركة والوقوف عن كثب على أهم تحضيراتها لتوفير الغذاء لأسرتها، وكذا إجراء مقابلة مقنّنة معها لجمع المعطيات اللازمة وتحليلها لتبيين دور المرأة الأمازيغية في الحفاظ على الموروث الثقافي الأمازيغي للتغذية الأسرية. The aim of this study is to describe the most important traditional foods prepared by Amazigh women as a model for Algerian women, drawing on cooking programmes in traditional and new media. We have relied on the ethnographic method of studying one of the types of nutrition of an Amazigh family in Tawgreet, of Chlef, to determine how the head of the family deals with nutrition and to highlight the various social connotations of food culture in order to maintain health and adapt to purchasing power. The study also aims to describe ways in which Amazigh women prepare for family food and to monitor their preservation of authentic food culture based on Amazigh folk or traditional food, using a tool of participatory observation and closely identifying their main preparations for providing food to their families, as well as conducting a structured interview to collect and analyse the necessary data to illustrate the role of Amazigh women in preserving the Amazigh cultural heritage of food.
