دور المؤسسة الجامعية في تحقيق الأمن الفكري و تنمية الهوية الثقافية للطلاب - الجامعة الجزائرية أنموذجا-

Résumé: إن المؤسسة الجامعية، كنسق اجتماعي، قادرة على ترجمة الأهداف إلى واقع يمكن مشاهدته من خلال سلوك و أخلاقيات مخرجاتها التي تكفلها الأهداف والغايات العامة التي تتضمنها سياساتها، ثم إن تفاعل مكونات الجامعة ووظائفها الأساسية مع حاجات المجتمع، من شأنه أن يحقق التكامل والاندماج بين ما تقدمه الجامعة والحاجات المجتمعية، فلم يعد التعليم الجامعي بمعزل عن البيئة التي يوجد فيها، ولعل من بين هذه الحاجات صناعة ثقافة اجتماعية تكفل وتحقق الأمن بمستوياته الفكرية، ومن هنا فقد اعتبر مفهوم الأمن الفكري أحد منتجات المؤسسات التعليمية، حيث تقوم هذه المؤسسات بتكريس و تعزيز القيم الثقافية القادرة على حفظ التوازن في الثقافة السائدة والتعاطي مع القيم الوافدة. و من هذا المنطلق سيتطرق هذا المقال الى الدور الذي ينبغي ان تضطلع به المؤسسة الجامعية الجزائرية في تحقيق الأمن الفكري لطلابها بما يكفل تنمية هويتهم الثقافية. As a social organization, the university institution is capable of translating the goals into a reality that can be seen through the behavior and ethics of its outputs, which are guaranteed by the general goals and objectives contained in its policies. The interaction of the university's components and basic functions with the needs of society will achieve integration between the university's services and societal needs. University education is no longer isolated from the environment in which it exists. One of these needs may be the creation of a social culture that ensures and achieves security at its intellectual levels. Hence, the concept of intellectual security has been considered a product of educational institutions, where these institutions promote cultural values capable of maintaining balance in the prevailing culture and dealing with incoming values. This article will address the role that the Algerian university institution should play in achieving the intellectual security of its students to ensure the development of their cultural identity.
