دور النوافذ الإسلامية في توطين المصرفية الإسلامية (تجربة بعض الدول)

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى استكشاف فهم النوافذ الإسلامية وأصولها، والدور الذي تلعبه في البنوك التقليدية في تعزيز الأنشطة المصرفية الإسلامية و توطينها ، مع التركيز على المعاملات المصرفية المتاحة خارج نطاق الربا، وتقييم مدى تأثير هذه المعاملات على تعزيز وتطوير الاقتصادات في العديد من البلدان وتفادي العوائق التي قد تواجهها. في هذه الدراسة، قمنا بتبني المنهج التحليلي والوصفي، حيث قمنا بتحليل بعض التجارب والممارسات لعينة من البلدان الإسلامية في مجال الصيرفة الإسلامية. نركز على فهم مدى نجاعة هذه التجارب وأثرها على اقتصاديات هذه البلدان. نأمل أن تكون النتائج إيجابية، ونتوقع أن تلعب النوافذ الإسلامية دورًا هامًا في تطوير النشاط المصرفي الإسلامي في البنوك التقليدية، خاصة مع الإقبال المتزايد على هذه المنتجات الخالية من الربا كلمات مفتاحية:النوافذ الاسلامية ,النشاط المصرفي ,الصيرفة الاسلامية, الصيرفة التقليدية , صيغ التمويل والاستثمار. تصنيفات JEL : G20, G21. Abstract: The study sets out to explore the essence of Islamic windows, tracing their origins and examining their function within conventional banking institutions in promoting Islamic banking practices. Additionally, it seeks to uncover alternative banking transactions that adhere to Islamic principles, contrasting them with usurious practices and assessing their impact on the economies of various nations. Through an analytical and descriptive approach, the study delves into the experiences and practices of Islamic banking in different countries. By analyzing the effectiveness of Islamic banking systems and their influence on national economies, the study aims to shed light on their potential benefits. Ultimately, the research anticipates positive outcomes from the integration of Islamic banking within traditional banking frameworks, with Islamic windows playing a pivotal role in localizing these practices. Given the growing interest in interest-free financial products, these findings hold promise for advancing Islamic banking principles within mainstream financial institutions.
