التوجه بالعناقيد في دعم تنافسية صناعة الدواء كأسلوب للتنمية الصحية المستدامة في الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز كيفية دعم تنافسية صناعة الدواء من خلال التوجه بالعناقيد واعتبارها كأسلوب للتنمية الصحية المستدامة في الجزائر. ويتم ذلك من خلال الوقوف على مساهمة تنافسية هذه الصناعة في تنمية الصحة واستدامتها، بالإضافة إلى توضيح مقومات العنقود الصناعي في مجال الدواء في الجزائر وكيفية مساهمته في تدعيم تنافسية صناعة الدواء الوطنية ومن ثم تحقيق التنمية الصحية المستدامة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة امكانية تدعيم تنافسية صناعة الدواء بإتباع آلية العنقود الصناعي نظرا لتوفر الجزائر على مقومات العناقيد الصناعية. ويمكن خلق عنقود صناعي للدواء على المستوى الأفقي والعمودي من خلال مجمع صيدال باعتباره الرائد على مستوى الإنتاج. This study aims to highlight how to support the competitive pharmaceutical industry through orientation cluster mind as a way to sustainable health development in Algeria. This is done by the contribution of the competitive standing of the industry in the development of health and sustainability. It also should clarify the elements of the industrial cluster in the field of medicine in Algeria and how its contribution to the strengthening of the national competitive pharmaceutical industry and then achieve sustainable health development. The study results showed the possibility of strengthening the competitive pharmaceutical industry to follow the industrial cluster mechanism due to the availability of Algeria on the elements of industrial clusters. It can create an industrial cluster of the medicine on the horizontal and vertical plane through SAIDAL compound as a pioneer at the production level.
