دور حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية في إنشاء ومرافقة المؤسسات الناشئة -دراسة حالة حاضنة أعمال جامعة بومرداس-

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان دور حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية في دعم أصحاب الأفكار الابداعية وتشجيعهم ومرافقتهم لتجسيد مشاريعهم المبتكرة لخلق مؤسسات ناشئة وذلك ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼل تحويل تلك الأفكار إلى ﻣﺸﺎرﻳﻊ ﻧﺎﺟﺤﺔ، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي استنادا لدراسة حالة حاضنة أعمال جامعة بومرداس. وتوصلنا من خلال بحثنا أنه بالرغم من حداثة ومحدودية حاضنات أعمال جامعة بومرداس أي لازالت فتية في هذا المجال، إلا أنها تقوم بجهود في دعم ومرافقة الطلبة أصحاب الأفكار الإبداعية، كما تقدم لهم العديد من المزايا لتشجيعهم في تجسيد مشاريعهم وإستثمار تلك الأفكار والابداعات المتميزة وتحويلها إلى مشاريع اقتصادية ناجحة تساهم في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية كما أنها تسعى جاهدة لتنمية قطاع المؤسسات الناشئة، وبهذا فأن كل من حاضنات الأعمال والمؤسسات الناشئة لهم إمكانية كبيرة للمساهمة في حل المشاكل الاقتصادية. :Abstract This study aims to demonstrate the role of university business incubators in supporting, encouraging and accompanying those with creative ideas to embody their innovative projects to create emerging institutions by converting those ideas into successful projects. In order to achieve the objective of the study, the descriptive approach was used, and we have dealt with a case study on the business incubator of the University of Boumerdes. Through our research, we found that despite the modernity and limitations of the business incubators of the University of Boumerdes, that is, they are still young in this field, but they are making efforts to support and accompany students with creative ideas and encourage them, and provide many advantages for project holders to promote their projects and invest those distinguished ideas and creations and turn them into successful economic projects It contributes to achieving economic development and strives to develop the emerging enterprises sector. Thus, business incubators and emerging enterprises have a great potential to contribute to solving economic problems.
