Résumé: اتبعت فرنسا سياسة اقتصادية وثقافية في مدينة المنيعة خلال الفترة الممتدة من سنة 1873م إلى سنة 1954م، وهذه السياسة تخدم الاقتصاد الفرنسي بالدرجة الأولى والمستوطنين بالدرجة الثانية، لذلك قامت فرنسا بعدة مشاريع من بينها:-التركيز على المحاصيل الزراعية الصناعية التجارية. المشاريع السياحية والتعليمية الاستعمارية في المنيعة، ومنه تجسيد الاستعمار الاستيطاني. France worked to follow an economic Policy in the city of Al-Menia during the period from 1873 to1954, and this policy serves the French economy in the first class, and the second class settlers.The colonial aspect of colonization, the educational aspect, and the tourist aspect of the reconstruction of the region with.settlers.
