تقييم أداء البنك الوطني الجزائري باستخدام نموذج Patrol خلال الفترة 2015 - 2019

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بأحد النماذج الحديثة للتقييم البنكي وهو نموذج PATROL واستخدامه في تقييم أداء البنك الوطني الجزائري خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2015 إلى غاية 2019. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة إيلاء عملية تقييم الأداء أهمية خاصة والحرص عليها بشكل دوري ومستمر لضمان سلامة واستمرارية البنوك وأعطت تصنيف للبنك الوطني الجزائري في الدرجة رقم 2، وهذا يعني أن البنك متين الأساس ومستقر، كما بينت الدراسة دور نموذج التقييم البنكي PATROL في توجيه متخذي القرار في البنك من خلال الكشف عن نقاط قوة وضعف البنك للتمكين من اتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة في الوقت المناسب. Abstract : Evaluation of the performance of the National Bank of Algeria using the PATROL model During the period 2015-2019 This study aims to introduce one of the modern models for bank evaluation, the PATROL model, and to use it in evaluating the performance of the National Bank of Algeria during the period from 2015 to 2019. The study concluded that the performance evaluation process should be given special importance and be taken care of periodically and continuously to ensure the safety and continuity of banks, and gave the National Bank of Algeria a classification in degree N°. 2, which means that the bank is solid and stable. The study also showed the role of the PATROL banking evaluation model in guiding decision-makers in the bank, by disclosing the strengths and weaknesses of the bank to enable appropriate action at the right time.
