النظام القانوني لواجبات عضو البرلمان في الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهم النصوص القانونية الإجرائية والموضوعية المنظمة لواجبات عضو البرلمان، وذلك بالتركيز على إبراز أهم الواجبات التي يفرضها العمل البرلماني على عضو البرلمان في الجزائر، خاصة واجب تحقيق المصلحة العامة، والتفرغ طوال المدة النيابية للعمل في المجلس الذي ينتمي إليه من أجل ضمان استقلاله وحسن أداء عمله البرلماني، إلى جانب الالتزام بحضور جلسات البرلمان والمحافظة على سرية مداولات عمل اللجان، وتوصلنا إلى نتيجة هامة وهي أن الإخلال وعدم الالتزام بهذه الواجبات يؤدي إلى توقيع جزاءات انضباطية على عضو البرلمان. Abstract: The study aims to highlight the most important procedural and substantive legal texts governing the duties of the member of Parliament by focusing on highlighting the most important duties imposed by parliamentary action on the member of Algeria, in particular the duty to achieve the public interest and full-time during the parliamentary term to serve in his own Council to ensure his independence and good performance of his parliamentary work, as well as to maintain the confidentiality of the deliberations of the committees. The breach and failure to comply with those duties lead to the imposition of disciplinary sanctions on the member of Parliament
