دور الصيرفة الاسلامية في تعزيز الشمول المالي في الجزائر 2011-2021

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على الدور الذي يمكن أن تقوم به الصيرفة الاسلامية في تحقيق الشمول المالي في الجزائر، ولقد توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى أن الصيرفة الاسلامية في الجزائر تأخذ شكلين أولهما البنوك الاسلامية والمتمثلة في بنكي السلام والبركة والنوافذ الاسلامية عبر البنوك التقليدية، كما خلصنا إلى أن مؤشرات الشمول المالي في الجزائر تعتبر ضعيفة ما يعني عدم وصول العديد من الأفراد للخدمات المالية التي تقدمها البنوك، حيث يمكن للصيرفة الاسلامية في الجزائر أن تساعد على تحسين مؤشرات الشمول المالي باستقطابها لفئات جديدة يستبعدها النظام المصرفي التقليدي. This study aims to highlight the role that the Islamic banking can play to achieve financial inclusion in Algeria. Through this study, we have come to the realization that the Islamic banking in Algeria takes two forms; one is the Islamic banks represented by Al Salam and Al Baraka banks and Islamic windows in the traditional banks. We also came to the conclusion that the financial inclusion indicators in Algeria are considered weak implying that many individuals cannot reach the financial services offered by the banks, where the Islamic banking in Algeria can help improve the financial inclusion indicators by attracting new classes that the traditional banking system leaves out.
