التفضيلات المهنية ومدى ارتباطها بمستويات مهارة اتخاذ القرار المتعلق باختيار مهنة المستقبل لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين التفضيلات المهنية ومستويات مهارة اتخاذ القرار المتعلق باختيار مهنة المستقبل لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية، والفروق في هذه العلاقة وفقا لمتغيري الجنس والتخصص الدراسي، ومن أجل الوصول إلى الهدف المرغوب والتحقق من الفرضيات فقد اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي لتلاؤمه مع موضوع الدراسة، وتم تطبيق مقياس التفضيلات المهنية وفقا لتصنيف جون هولاند، ومقياس مهارة اختيار مهنة المستقبل على عينة من طلاب المرحلة ثانوية بوهران. وتوصلنا إلى نتيجة مفادها وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين التفضيلات المهنية ومستويات مهارة اتخاذ القرار، كما بينت الدراسة أنه لا توجد فروق في التفضيلات المهنية ومستويات مهارة اتخاذ القرار تعزى لمتغيري الجنس والتخصص الدراسي. This study aims to reveal the relationship between professional preferences and the skills needed to make decisions related to the choices of future professions among high school students, and the differences in this relationship according to the gender variables and academic specialization. In order to reach the desired goal and verify the hypotheses, we relied on the descriptive approach. Also, the professional preferences scale according to John Holland's classification, and the scale that measures the skill set of choosing future professions, were applied on a sample of high school students in Oran. We reached results that stated that there is an existence of correlation between professional preferences and levels of decision -making skills, and the study also showed that there are no differences in professional preferences and levels of decision -making skills attributable to gender variables and academic specialization
