Résumé: ملخص: يحتل القطاع المالي الحصة الأكبر من عملية التحول الرقمي نظرا لارتباط السوق المالية بالسوق العالمية وما يفرضه ذلك لمسايرة آخر التطورات التكنولوجية في هذا القطاع. ظهرت وسائل الدفع الإلكتروني من أجل تقديم خدمات أفضل للزبائن الحاليين والمستقبليين وبأقل تكاليف.ويهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز واقع وسائل الدفع الالكتروني في بريد الجزائر والتحديات التي تواجهها. الكلمات الرئيسية: وسائل الدفع الالكتروني، بريد الجزائر، مخاطر الدفع الإلكتروني. Abstract : The financial sector occupies the largest share of the digital transformation process due to the financial market link with the global market and what this imposes to keep pace with the latest technological developments in this sector. Electronic payment methods have emerged in order to provide better services to current and future customers and at the lowest costs. This research aims to highlight the reality of electronic payment methods in Algeria Post and the challenges they face.
