واقع الصناعة التقليدية بولاية برج بوعريريج وآليات تنميتها

Résumé: تهدف الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع الصناعة التقليدية بولاية برج بوعريريج وعرض أهم الآليات التي سطرتها الدولة لدعم وتنمية هاته الصناعة، ولتحقيق ذلك ولمعالجة الاشكالية تم التطرق في بداية الورقة البحثية للصناعة التقليدية كمفهوم من حيث التعريف الاهمية والخصائص وكذلك انواعها بالتعريج على رأي المشرع الجزائري، ثم عرض أهم مقومات الصناعة التقليدية في ولاية برج بوعريريج وعرض بعض الاحصائيات الداعمة، حيث تبين أن الولاية تزخر بالعديد من الصناعات التقليدية والحرف ذات الاهمية في السوق الانتاجي، ويرجع ذلك لخصوصية المنطقة وتنوع تراثها وموروثها الثقافي، وفي الاخير تم الاشارة إلى أهم الآليات المتبعة من طرف الدولة لدعم هذا النوع من الصناعات والنهوض بها خاصة في ظل التغيرات الاخيرة الحاصلة في السوق العالمية، ضمن استراتيجية دعم تنافسية المنتج المحلي الذي يلعب دور كبير في تنشيط الاقتصاد وتنويعه. The research paper aims to shed light on the reality of traditional industries in the Wilaya of Bordj Bou Arréridj and to present the key mechanisms established by the state to support and develop this sector. To address the research problem, the paper begins by exploring the concept of traditional industries, including their definition, significance, characteristics, and types, with reference to the perspective of Algerian legislation.Subsequently, the paper highlights the main components of traditional industries in the Wilaya of Bordj Bou Arréridj and presents supporting statistics. It reveals that the region is rich in various traditional crafts and industries that hold significant value in the production market. This is attributed to the region's unique characteristics, cultural heritage, and diverse traditions. Finally, the paper outlines the most important state mechanisms implemented to support and promote these industries, especially in light of recent changes in the global market. These efforts are part of a broader strategy to enhance the competitiveness of local products, which plays a crucial role in stimulating and diversifying the economy
