Résumé: الجريمة ظاهرة معقَدة، متعدَدة الأبعاد متشابكة الجوانب، ورغم أنها محور الدراسة في العلوم القانونية من حيث سن القوانين والتشريعات للحد منها وردع مرتكبيها ومعاقبتهم، إلا أنه لابد من الدارسة العلمية المنهجية المنظمة لدوافعها، ومظاهرها، ومناطق انتشارها، وخصائص مرتكبوها والظروف الموضوعية الداخلية والخارجية التي تدفعهم إلى ارتكابها، لفهمها ومعالجتها والوقاية منها. Crime is a complex phenomenon multidimensional intertwined sides, although it is the focus of study in legal sciences, In terms of enactment of laws and regulations to reduce, deter and punish perpetrators however, there must be a systematic scientific study of its motives, manifestations, and areas of spread, the characteristics of the perpetrators, and the objective internal, and external circumstances that motivate them to commit them to understand, treat and prevent it.
