قياس مساهمة الزكاة في التنمية الاقتصادية « دراسة حالة قطر للفترة 1995-2014 »

Résumé: نحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة الإجابة عن تساؤل فحواه: إلى أي مدى تُساهم الزكاة في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية. وعلى ذلك فإن الدراسة تستهدف قياس مساهمة الزكاة في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية في دولة قطر للفترة 1995-2014، وتتركز دراستنا تحديدا حول قياس هذا الأثر وتحديد مساهمته في تحسين أهم المؤشرات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والمركّبة التي تُؤشّر على مستويات التنمية الاقتصادية، مركّزين في هذا القياس على مؤشر نصيب الفرد من الناتج المحلي ومؤشر الاستهلاك العائلي فيما تعلق بمؤشرات التنمية في شقها الاقتصادي والتي توصّف في عمقها خصائص الجهاز الاقتصادي والاجتماعي للبلد. كما سنتطرق من خلال القياس إلى تحديد أثر الزكاة على مؤشر التنمية البشرية (HDI) المعتمد من برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي منذ عام 1990 والذي يُمثل مقياسا مركبا للتنمية الاقتصادية، وهو يقيس ثلاث جوانب باستخدام ثلاث مؤشرات فرعية: حياة مديدة وصحية، اكتساب المعرفة ومؤشر مستوى معيشة لائق. وذلك من خلال التحليل الإحصائي، والقياس الاقتصادي عبر نماذج الانحدار المتعدد والاختبارات المرتبطة التي تخدم الإطار العام للدراسة. The study aims to measure the contribution of Zakat to achieve economic development in Qatar country for the period 1995-2014. Our study focuses specifically on measuring this impact and determining its contribution to the improvement of the most important indicators economic, social and composite which that indicate the levels of the economic development, In this measurement of the per capita GDP index and the index of household consumption in relation to the indicators of development on the economic side, which are described in depth the characteristics of the economic and social system of the country .We going also to examine the impact of Zakat on the Human Development Index (HDI), Which has been adopted by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) since 1990 which represents a complex measure of economic development. Moreover, It measures three aspects using three sub-indicators: long and healthy life, knowledge acquisition and an adequate standard of living. Through statistical analysis, and economic measurement across multiple regression models and associated tests serving the overall framework of the study.
