Recensement Des Pathologies De La Thyroïde Chez Les Femmes Dans La Wilaya De Khenchela Durant 2013-2018
Résumé: The pathologies of the thyroid are relatively frequent, increase with age and affect especially women. Thyroid cancer control is not very common. There are different types of cancer. In this study, we conducted data statistics on thyroid dysfunction and cancer. Estimating data of 207 patients between 2013-2018 were assembled at the level wilaya of Khenchela . The results show a percentage of non-cancer people (68.11%) and (31.88%)of people affected by cancer. And sex differences were observed with a predominance of females (84.84%) compared to males (15.15%). The results also showed that women with thyroid cancer aged over 40 to 60 years are the highest percentage. The most common types of thyroid disorders are hyperplastic goiter plague with a number of patients (36) and thyroid hyperplasia (34 patients). The type of thyroid cancer most responded in 2017 and 2018, is papillary carcinoma followed by vesicular adenoma. It is concluded that the woman has a higher risk of developing dysfunction and thyroid cancer in men, and this in relation to several factors. أمراض الغدة الدرقية شائعة نسبيًا ، تزداد مع تقدم العمر وتؤثر بشكل خاص على النساء من خلال السيطرة على سرطان الغدة الدرقية في هذه الدراسة ، أجرينا دراسة على ضعف الغدة الدرقية والسرطان. حيث وجدنا البيانات أنواع مختلفة من السرطان هناك التقديرية من 207 مريضا بين 2013-2018 على مستوى ولاية خنشلة أظهرت النتائج نسبة مئوية لغير المصابين بالسرطان (68.11 ) و المصابين بالسرطان (31.88 %). و قد لوحظت فوارق جنسية في الإصابة بسرطان الغدة الدرقة مع غلبة الإناث (84.84) مقارنة بالذكور (15.15%). وأظهرت النتائج أيضا أن النساء المصابات بسرطان الغدة الدرقية الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 40 إلى 60 سنة هي أعلى نسبة مئوية. كما أن أكثر أنواع اضطرابات الغدة الدرقية شيوعًا هو سرطان الغدة الدرقية المفرط التنسج مع عدد من المرضى 36 وفرط تنسج الغدة الدرقية 34 مريضًا وخلص الباحثون إلى أن المرأة أكثر عرضة للإصابة بخلل وظيفي وسرطان الغدة الدرقية أكثر من الرجال ، وهذا يعود الى عدة عوامل.
