النقل الحضري المستدام

Résumé: الملخص: يعتبر النقل من أهم الوظائف في قطاع الخدمات في العصر الحديث، ذلك لأنّه يعمل على تكامل النشاط البشري، فهو لا يقل أهمية عن القطاعات الإستراتيجية والحيوية التي تتأثر وتؤثر في حياة السكان، من خلال تبادل المنتجات والخدمات والأنشطة الأخرى، كما يعمل على تجميع الناس والطاقات والمنتجات أو توزيعها، لكن من جانب آخر يساهم وبشكل كبير في انتشار نسبة كبيرة من انبعاث الغازات الدفيئة التي تؤثر في تغير المناخ وصحة الإنسان والبيئة، ناهيك عن زيادة حوادث المرور وما يترتب عنها من كثرة الوفيات والمصابين، كلها عوامل تعرقل حركة النقل بطريقة اعتيادية، الأمر الذي دفع بالمسؤولين والمتخصصين التوجه نحو نقل مستدام أو النقل الأخضر كما يسميه البعض، والذي يرتكز على عمليات التخطيط والتصميم الحضري من أجل القضاء من الازدحام والتلوث البيئي أو التقليل منه. Abstract: Transport is considered to be one of the most important functions of the contemporary services sector, as it complements human activity. It is no less important, than strategic and vital sectors, which act and react in the population life, by products exchange, services and other activities, also it participates in assembling people, energies and products or their distribution. On the other hand, it contributes greatly to spread a large part of greenhouse gas emissions, which affect climate change, human health and the environment, without mentioning road and traffic accidents increase, resulting a high number of deaths and injuries, so much factors that obstruct the transport flow in a normal way, so it has incited officials and specialists to opt for sustainable transport or green transport as it is said commonly, which is based on plan and urban design, in order to eliminate or reduce traffic blocking and environmental pollution.
